DoCSoc x Avora Experience

Always wanted to create cocktails inside an immersive theatrical experience? Well now is your chance!

We're excited to announce that we've secured places at Avora Experience! We have tickets available at a subsidised price of £15. Be sure to grab yours early, as we have only a limited number available!

Event Description:

Discover Avora, an immersive cocktail experience combining interactive storytelling, theatrical sets, and hands-on mixology. Explore a series of visually striking environments while creating three signature cocktails using unique ingredients and modern techniques. With live actors, engaging challenges, and plenty of photo-worthy moments, Avora offers a fun and memorable night out for groups, dates, or special occasions. No cocktail-making experience is necessary.

Ticketing Information:

Once you have successfully reserved a ticket on TicketTailor, make sure to complete your purchase on the Union Shop within 1 hour to confirm your ticket. After purchasing on the Union Shop, we’ll send your e-ticket closer to the event.

Tickets are limited to 1 per person, and non-transferable. We will verify names on the day, so be sure to bring your e-ticket and ID. If you can no longer attend, please let us know ASAP by emailing docsoc@ic.ac.uk for a refund. Refunds are only given with more than 48 hours notice before the start of the event.

Few Key Reminders:

• Purchase your ticket on the Union Shop within 1 hour of successfully reserving a ticket on TicketTailor
  
• You must be a DoCSoc member to attend. Membership can be purchased after reserving your ticket on TicketTailor, but it must be completed before purchasing on the Union Shop.
• Tickets are non-transferable, and names will be checked at the venue.
• Failure to follow ticketing instructions may result in restricted access to future events, including IC Hack.
